Nungwi Beach is situated at the north-western tip of the island. It is home to powdery white sand, crystal blue waters, and exotic flora and fauna, with the added bonus of warm temperatures all year round. The beach runs along the western coast to the northern tip of the island so it is witness to amazing sunset views, which will surely score points for those who want to get social insta-worthy photos. Prison Island Tour
Escape to Changuu Island “Prison Island” on this 5-hour excursion and behold the beauty of this charming tropical island and come face-to-face with fascinating Aldabra giant tortoises.
Embark on a 30-minute boat ride from Zanzibar, and get ready for an experience unlike no other. Upon arrival to the former slave island, you will be greeted by glistening turquoise waters and white sands. Immerse yourself in history as you stroll through the prison complex which was built in 1893 initially to be used as a prison, but due to the yellow fever epidemic, it was converted into a quarantine island.

Mnemba Tour
