WOLO Travel Promotions T&Cs

Ultimate Sale WOLO Split. 

  1. Ultimate Sale WOLO Split is a limited time promotion from the 30th March 2024 until 30th April that allows you to purchase your Fully Loaded Package by making up to 6 consecutive monthly split payments of equal value.
  2. The month of booking departure will determine the number of Split Payments Available for your Fully Loaded Package.
  3. Bookings departing from 1st December 2024 onwards are not eligible for this promotion. Bookings departing from 1st December 2024 onwards may still make up to 4 consecutive monthly split payments by utilising our standard WOLO Split promotion which can be found here
  4. The amount payable for each equal Split Payment is calculated in proportion to your Total Package Cost.
  5. The 1st (first) Split Payment is payable at the time of making a booking.
  6. Upon making the 1st (first) Split Payment, you agree to the WOLO Travel Terms & Conditions, Ultimate Sale WOLO Split Promotion Terms & Conditions, and any Third Party Service Provider Terms & Conditions, for yourself and all members of the travelling party.
  7. The Total Package Cost will be guaranteed upon receipt of the 1st (first) Split Payment provided all remaining Split Payments are received as per the Ultimate Sale WOLO Split Promotion Terms and Conditions.
  8. Upon making the 1st (first) Split Payment, you understand that voluntary cancellation to your booking may result in cancellation charges up to 100% of the total amount/s paid. Should a Third Party Service Provider offer Credit Notes or Travel Vouchers instead of cash refunds for cancellations, WOLO Travel will only be able to pass on those travel credits and any further remedy lies exclusively against the Third Party Service Provider. WOLO Travel will charge a non-refundable R2,500 administration charge per person for processing the booking cancellation.
  9. After making the 1st (first) Split Payment, any remaining Split Payments are due on a monthly basis, on the same calendar date of the 1st Split Payment, until all required Split Payments are completed and the Total Package Cost is paid in full.
  10. Should an outstanding Split Payment not be received by WOLO Travel by the corresponding calendar date, you will receive a “Payment Reminder Notice” advising a further and final 7 (seven) calendar days to make the outstanding payment.
  11. Failure to make any Split Payment after receiving a “Payment Reminder Notice” will result in your Booking being cancelled. Your Booking will be submitted for refund if possible. WOLO Travel will charge a R2,500 non-refundable administration fee per person for processing the booking cancellation.
  12. Should a Third Party Service Provider only offer Credit Notes or Travel Vouchers instead of cash refunds for cancellations, WOLO Travel will only be able to pass on those travel credits and any further remedy lies exclusively against the Third Party Service Provider. Third Party Service Provider Credit Notes or Travel Vouchers cannot be redeemed to make a new WOLO Split booking under the WOLO Split Promotion.
  13. Any supplementary Products added to the advertised Fully Loaded package are required to be paid in full at the time of booking
  14. Voluntary date changes may be allowed prior to departure and attract a non-refundable administration charge of R750 per person. Changes to services provided by airlines, tour, accommodation & other travel providers are as per the Third Party Service Providers booking terms and conditions. Any incremental increase in Total Package Cost as a result of making a voluntary date change is required to be paid in full at the time of making the change. All changes are subject to Third Party Service Provider availability. Please consult your Experience Expert for the change costs associated with your package.
  15. Changes that will not be allowed: change of passenger name, change of Package destination, change of accommodation.
  16. Should your booked Package be affected for reasons beyond our control (these include, but are not limited: force majeure, war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, pandemics, health risks, and changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type, congested or closed airports, ports, city, regional or country borders, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar event), compensation from WOLO Travel will not apply and any possible remedy would be subject to the Third Party Service Providers’ Terms & Conditions.
