  • Domestic – Immediately
  • Internationally – Early 2022

Check out our ‘Travel Now‘, and ‘Travel Later‘ destinations to help you plan.

Can I carry my prescription medication with me, in my handbag, on the flight?
You can travel with your prescribed medication in both, carry- on as well as checked in luggage. It is essential to have a letter from your doctor stating your need for the medication.
Am I allowed to take my own smokes with me, if so, how many boxes am I allowed?
You are generally allowed 1 carton of cigarettes in your checked luggage dependent on the destination travelling to. Please do check the airline and country restrictions to confirm.
I have booked a tour, with external provider 'X'. Are they a sustainable provider?
The short answer is ‘yes’. We’re all about partnering with likeminded suppliers who share our ethos and our love of exploring. View our preferred touring suppliers here:
How flexible is this package? Will I be able to change my travel dates in a case of unforeseen circumstances.

Refer to our T’s and C’s here.

Why should I book with a travel agent, why can’t I just book this by myself, online?
There are many advantages when booking with a travel agent. For example: high service levels, and the ease of making changes by simply reaching out to your agent vs endless waiting times trying to connect with an airline or hotel receptionist in countries where English might not even be their first language.
I’m scared to travel. Do you think I should go ahead and make this booking?
We can assure you that we have taken great care in selecting our suppliers and partners to ensure health & safety levels are satisfactory. However, If you are not confident to travel right now, we suggest that you wait till a later stage, when you are more comfortable to do so.
What are the benefits of booking far in advance? Why can’t I just make my booking 1 month before my trip?
There is a huge advantage in booking early vs last minute. The cost of flights are based on availability. The closer you book to your departure date, you are more likely to find costs a lot higher than usual.
Can I make this booking if I don’t have a passport?
Yes you can, at your own risk, providing that all the information you are giving us is correct. Any changes to be made after your booking is confirmed will be at an additional cost, as per the airline rules.
Who do I contact in case of an emergency?

If you require assistance during your trip, please remember that suppliers on the ground can provide the quickest turnaround as they are in the same time zone. All local contact details are on the travel document provided, so please reach out to them as your first point of contact for any on-the-ground support.

I see that my flight departs at 11am, what time should I arrive at the airport?
If you do not have any luggage to check in 90minutes before your flight would be a good time to arrive at the airport. If you are checking in luggage, we suggest that you arrive 2 hours before your flight’s departure time.
Is it better to do currency exchange before I leave my country?
Your bank or credit union is almost always the best for money exchange, however most countries make it relatively easy for you to perform these transactions while you are on vacation. A very important note is to always inform your bank that you will be out of the country and you will be making use of your bank card while you are abroad.
How much luggage can I take with me?
The baggage allowance for your trip is displayed on your booking confirmation. This information can also be found directly on the airline’s website for all flight tickets booked with luggage included. You can also check out our general baggage policy as a guideline here.
Will I get food on my flight?
Meals and drinks are included for all international flights. Be sure to mention if you have any dietary requirements.
I can only speak English. Will this make it hard for me to find my way around in a different country?
Don’t let the language barrier stop you from going travelling. You can get by speaking only English pretty much anywhere in the world, if you have a little patience and good humour.
What should I do when my flight is delayed or cancelled?
While airlines want to get passengers to their destinations on time, there are many things that can and sometimes do make it difficult for flights to arrive on time. Some problems like bad weather, air traffic delays and mechanical issues are hard to predict and often beyond the airline’s control. When flights are rescheduled the airline will communicate this information with the passenger and advise on how they will proceed.
What should I pack?
Always start with a packing list. Pack light- Pick out what you think you will need and pack half of that. Pack one outfit change in your hand- luggage. Keep important medication in your purse. It can get quite cold on the plane, so dress warm and comfortable. Carry a reusable water bottle with you.
What documents do I need for this international trip?
Always carry certified copies of all your important documents with you, in case the original gets lost or stolen.
  • Copy of your passport
  • Visa if required
  • All vaccination cards/documents
  • Booking confirmation documents
  • If you are traveling with children an unabridged certificate will be required
Do I have to book my seat the day I check in at the airport only?
At the time of booking your travel agent can confirm your seat booking for you depending on the date of the confirmation. Some airlines only allow you to book a seat 4-6 months before your trip, in which cases this can be done directly on the airline’s website or by simply getting in touch with your agent to book your seats for you.
Can I make changes to my flight ticket after my departure?
Your agent will confirm the terms and conditions of your flight ticket with you, at the time of booking. In this case we will follow the airline’s rules with regards to any changes after your departure.
My kids are 5 and 9 years of age. Are the cost for their tickets the same as mine?
Child fare is not the same as an adult fare. There is a discounted rate when travelling with kids. Get in touch with your agent at the time of booking.
Will I have enough time to pick up my luggage during my connecting flight?
When travelling internationally with an airline where your connecting flight is with the same airline your luggage will go straight to your final destination and there will be no need for you to collect your luggage during your connecting time.
I need a wheelchair, what do I do?
Please raise this with your travel agent at the time of booking. Your travel agent will then make this request to the airline, on your behalf.
