Wat Chalong is a historical landmark and Buddhist temple in Phuket’s Chalong Bay. It’s officially called Wat Chaitararam, but most people refer to it by Wat Chalong. Many locals claim that the temple often experiences many miracles. It’s also known for its pivotal and healing role in the fighting between Chinese secret societies in 1876.

Ranghill Viewpoint is a popular scenic spot in Phuket Town, offering panoramic views of the city, coastline, and surrounding hills. It’s a favourite for both locals and visitors looking to enjoy a peaceful escape. The viewpoint is home to several cafés and restaurants where you can take in the scenery, and wild monkeys are often seen in the area, you can also spot the famous Big Buddha in the distance. Ranghill is especially popular at sunset, providing one of the best elevated views in Phuket.
